At this 3rd annual event, foodies can sample dishes from local eateries and sip on Virginia wines while enjoying live entertainment (there’s even a children’s corner to keep the kids content!). Hand’s On History Tent: A Privateer’s Life for Me!

At this free event, stop by Carlyle House for the annual Hand’s On History Tent, where kids can choose between becoming a privateer or a pirate (choose wisely, young grasshoppers) and participate in activities like candle dipping, flag making and boat building.
